Annis Fredrickson, age 92, of New Richmond, WI passed away on June 7, 2026 at Christian Community Home of Hudson, WI.

Annis was born on January 23, 1934 to Perry and Doris (Kraft) Fredrickson in Amery. She grew up attending school in Deronda before graduating from Amery High School. After graduation, Annis settled in New Richmond and worked at Erickson's grocery store for many years until her retirement. Annis remained living in New Richmond after her retirement until moving to Christian Community Home of Hudson.

Church was a very important part of her life, and Annis was a devoted Christian who spent her time teaching Sunday school, singing in the choir, and helping at many church bazaars and other functions. She loved playing cards and was a member of Bridge Club for many years. Later in life, Annis became involved with New Richmond's American Legion Auxiliary. Annis enjoyed making lefsa, listening to her "Oompah" Polka music, and bowling.

Annis was preceded in death by her parents; 3 infant brothers, Donald, Duane, and Glen; and other siblings, Dorothy, Dale and Larry. She is survived by her sisters, Linda Fredrickson of Bloomington, MN and Shirley (Ed) Churchill of Augusta, ME; sisters-in-law, Shirley Fredrickson and Bonnie Fredrickson of New Richmond, WI; nieces and nephews; and other loving family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, June 19, 2026 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Amery, WI with a visitation one hour prior. Interment will be at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.
