Bonita May Heck, age 96 of Frederic, WI passed away on August 24, 2022 at Frederic Nursing and Rehab.  Bonita was born on July 12, 1926 in Burlington, Iowa to Homer and Fannie Brower.  She attended Iowa State Teacher's College where she received her Bachelors of Science degree. Bonita was united in marriage to Francis Heck. The couple had two children, Lee and Janice, and Bonita was a homemaker.  She is survived by her husband, Francis Heck and children, Lee Heck of Reno, NV and Janice (Jeff) Houk of Baltimore, MD, as well as other relatives and friends.  A burial will take place at the Northern Wisconsin Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in Spooner, WI at a later date.
