Brian Charles Redmond, 44, of St. Croix Falls, died instantly in a motor vehicle accident Sunday May 22, 2011. He was born in Minneapolis on May 24, 1966 to Arthur and Carol Redmond. He grew up in St. Paul and attended St. Bernards High School. He joined the Army and got his GED. He served 8 years, mostly in Korea as a communications specialist. His last job was at White Bear Machine in St. Croix Falls, WI.

He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Redmond. Survivors include 3 children: Jessica, Brian Jr. and Elijah; 2 sisters, Terri and Rebecca Redmond; and 2 brothers, Michael and James; his mother Carol and stepdad Dave McInnes, and many, many aunts, uncles and cousins and friends. Funeral services will be 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 26 at the Williamson ~ White Funeral Home in Amery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7:00 pm on Thursday prior to services at the funeral home. Interment with military honors will be on Friday at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the Redmond Memorial Account at Bank Mutual in St. Croix Falls, P.O. Box 607, St. Croix Falls, WI 54024, an education fund for Brian's children.
