Carole Brackee passed away peacefully in her home on January 2, 2024 surrounded by her family.

Carole was preceded in death by her parents, Delmar and Irma Huhn.

She is survived by her sisters, Linda (Arvid R Johnson-deceased) and Susan (Warren) Bowles, both of Minneapolis, MN; her husband, Allan Kieth Brackee; daughters, Jennifer (Mike) Lynch and Tammy (Keith) Brackee; granddaughter, Hannah (Matt) Goulet; great-granddaughter, Annabelle; grandson, Cody Brackee; and other numerous family and friends.

Carole attended St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran School through 8th grade and graduated from New Ulm Public High School in 1961.

Carole worked various job in Minneapolis, MN before meeting and marrying Allan Brackee, August 1, 1964 and moved to rural Clayton where they lived the rest of their lives. She began working for Hartzel in 1977 and worked there for 30 years up to her retirement in 2007.

Carole loved putting together puzzles and doing fill-ins, her newest favorite game was Mexican Dominos and she would play anytime she got the chance at family gatherings.

The family would like to send a special thank you to Adoray Home Health and Hospice and everyone that was part of her care.

Any memorials please send to St. Jude's Hospital for Children as she gave to this charity for many years.

A Celebration of Life for Allan and Carole Brackee will take place on Saturday, June 8, 2024 from 1:00 to 5:00 pm at Mark and Laura Hojem's (301 105th Ave, Clayton, WI 54004) (mailing address: 301 105th Ave, Amery, WI 54001).
