Clarence S. Hansen was born in Superior, Wisconsin on February 5, 1930 the son of Edward and Lorraine (Trester) Hansen. He grew up in Superior, Wisconsin and attended school for the hearing impaired. He started doing farm labor and later moved to rural Deer Park, Wisconsin where he continued working on area farms. He went to a school for the blind in Janesville, Wisconsin and then moved to Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Clarence later lived in Glenwood City, and as he needed more assistance he moved to the St. Croix Health Center in New Richmond, Wisconsin. Most recently he was living at Our House in New Richmond where he passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at the age of 86.
Clarence is survived by his sister Muriel Johnson, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.


Memorial services will be held in the Spring at the Park Hill Cemetery in Duluth, Minnesota. Interment will be at the Park Hill Cemetery.
