Debra Choy Carr, 67, of Deer Park, WI passed away on October 21, 2023, in New Richmond, WI.

Debra was born in New York, New York to John Choy Sr. and Lorraine Hach Chin on October 15, 1956. She graduated from South Miami High School in Miami, Florida. Debra married David Carr on May 19, 1990, in Stillwater, Minnesota. She graduated from University of New Mexico with a Bachelor's degree and worked as a Publisher Administrator for West Publishing for 17 years, and other jobs, until she retired in 2018. She was a Veteran and served in the Army as a Lieutenant in the Military, 8 years as active duty and 4 years in the reserve. Debra was involved actively in scrap booking with a group of scrap bookers and was also volunteering to Save our Setters.

Debra Carr is survived by her Husband David Carr, Brother Ronnie (Collette) Choy, Sister Linda Choy, Brother Keni Chin, Niece Jessica Scott, Cousin Phyllis Fralick, and her 3 dogs, Zeke, Nala, and Cleo.

She was preceded in death by her Father John Choy Sr., Mother Lorraine Adaline Chin, and Brother John Choy Jr.
