Dolores Ann Otto was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin the daughter of Eunice (Hein) Ritter. She graduated from the Ladysmith High School in 1947. On December 10, 1947 she was united in marriage to Harold John Otto in Ladysmith, Wisconsin and together they had five children. They farmed near Tony for ten years before moving to Ladysmith in 1957. They moved to Roberts, Wisconsin in 1965 and remained there until moving to Mesa, Arizona in 1979. In February of 1994 they moved to Hammond, Wisconsin and in June of that same year to Amery, Wisconsin. Dolores enjoyed quilting and baking for family and friends. She was also an avid Twins and Brewers fan. She has been an active member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church in New Richmond, Wisconsin for many years. Dolores was living at Deerfield Gables in New Richmond where she passed away on Wednesday morning, May 20, 2015 at the age of 86 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Harold Otto; 2 brothers, Harry and James Conjurski and an infant son Allen. Surviving family members include her sons: David Otto of Star Prairie, Wisconsin and Jim (Rachel) Otto of Buford, Georgia; daughters Judy (Larry) McKee of Forest Lake, Minnesota and Jean (Zukai) Wang of St. Paul, Minnesota; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; one brother Ed (Sherry) Koerber; sister Dolly Leonhard as well as other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, 365 W. River Drive, New Richmond, Wisconsin. There will be visitation for the hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at the Northern Wisconsin Memorial Veteran's Cemetery near Spooner, Wisconsin.
