Donna M. Kohn age 83, of Deer Park, Wisconsin Passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at the Christian Community Home in Osceola.

Donna was born on May 10, 1933 to Leslie and Minnie (Evenson) Fouks in Amery, Wisconsin. Donna graduated from New Richmond High School in the Spring of 1951 and on March 29, 1952 she married Allen Kohn. She was an active member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Deer Park. In her free time Donna enjoyed gardening, mowing the grass, fishing and country music. She also enjoyed her Sunday Drives. She enjoyed watching her kids grow up and attending their school programs and various sports activities. She loved her grandchildren and was always known to make cake for every family event, birthday or gathering.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Judy (Richard) Anderson and Kristine (Eugene) Koehler; 4 grandchildren, Jamie (Chris), Jason (Veronica), Jennifer (Guy) and Karisa and Mitchell Anderson; 4 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM on Monday, May 16, 2016 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Deer Park with Pastor John Wilman officiating. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service at the Church. Burial will be held after the service at the Calvary Cemetery in Deer Park.
