Dorothy E Jaeger died at Willow Ridge HealthCare Center on January 4, 2014 at the age of 83. She was born on April 12, 1930 in Cudahy, WI to Arnold and Ruth (Rush) Ziemer. For the last forty years Dorothy has lived in the Amery area and was an active member of Our Saviors Lutheran Church. She loved baking, knitting, and especially loved her gardening and her flowers. She also loved nature and animals, and her most enjoyable years were the last few that she spent on her parent's farm. Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, William Jaeger. She is survived by her children Jerry (Diane) Oesterreich, Jeffrey Oesterreich, Jim (Kathy) Oesterreich, Jean Oesterreich, Janet (Brad) Anderson, and Jill Oesterreich along with 10 grandchildren. She also leaves her sister Jeanette (Roy) Adelmann and her brothers Eugene (Joan) Ziemer and Rodger (Sandy) Ziemer. Funeral services will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 12, 2014 from Our Saviors Lutheran Church, 217 Deronda Street, Amery, WI. There will be a visitation 1 hour prior to the service from 10 to 11:00 am at the church. Interment will take place at the Amery Cemetery.
