Elaine M. Ostenson, age 67, of Clayton, WI died on Monday, April 28, 2014 at the Pioneer Nursing Home in Prairie Farm, WI. Elaine Marie (Bazey) Ostenson was born on June 11, 1946 in Grafton, North Dakota, the daughter of Joseph and Mae (Clark) Bazey. She grew up in Grafton with the family moving to Minneapolis and then settling south of Range, WI. On July 6, 1963, Elaine was united in marriage to Marvin Ostenson. They made their home south of Range.   To this union, they welcomed three sons, Marvin, Richard, and John. Elaine worked at A&W in Amery, Wilkins Resort, New Frontier and at the St. Croix Casino. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Mae Bazey and a sister, Joanne Peterson. She is survived by her sons, Marvin of Turtle Lake, WI and Richard and John of Clayton, WI; grandchildren, Chauntel (Jeff) Nelson and Ashley (Alex) Lomker, great grandchildren, Allie and Owen Nelson and Payton and Kelsey Lomker. She is also survived by brothers, Joseph (Shirley) Bazey of Mine Run, VA; George (Bernice) Bazey of Rogers, Arkansas; Ernest (Roberta) Bazey of Harris MN; Leonard (Ingrid) Bazey of Stephens, MN; Richard (Bev) Bazey of Hinkley, MN; John (Marie) Bazey of Cumberland, WI; sisters, Shirley LaMere of Amery, WI; Marie Bazey of Shoreview, MN; as well as many nieces, nephews, friends and family. A celebration of Elaine's life will be held at a later date.
