Elizabeth Lorraine Kottwitz; was born in Minneapolis, MN to FAY & Kathleen Kennedy on November 12, 1939. She passed on June 20, 2015 in Los Angeles California where she resided.
Liz's passion in life was her love of art. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Her paintings were accepted into many juried shows. She was a patron of other arts including ballet, symphonies and poetry. Liz was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 25 years, Arnold Kottwitz. She is survived by her brother Jim Kennedy, and sisters Pat Christensen and Gina Lane-Olsson. She will be remembered for her gentle and uncomplaining spirit despite her many trials.


A graveside service will be held at the Amery cemetery on Sunday, July 26th at 2:30 p.m. where she will be laid to rest beside her parents.
