Elois Mary (Anderson) Lauck, age 88 of Amery, Wisconsin passed away on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at Golden Age Manor in Amery with her husband James (Jim) Lauck Sr. faithfully by her side. Elois was born on the home farm in rural Deer Park, Polk County, Wisconsin, on June 15, 1930 to Clarence Q. and Bernice Anderson.
Elois married James E. Lauck Sr. on June 15, 1949 in Pine City, MN. A loving mother and homemaker, Elois was a remarkable cook and enjoyed preparing meals for and spending time with her family. Elois & Jim enjoyed many winters in southern Texas where they met many dear friends & especially liked getting away from the Wisconsin winters. She was especially proud of her extensive frog collection and won the Powder Puff Derby on numerous occasions driving her husband Jim's race car at Amery Speedway in Amery, Wisconsin
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Norma (Bernard) Hammelman and great grandson Alexander James Lauck.
Elois is survived by her husband Jim Lauck Sr., her 3 children, James (Veronica) Lauck Jr. of New Richmond, Wisconsin; Jeff Lauck of Clayton, Wisconsin; Cindy (Tom) Ramberg of Baldwin, Wisconsin; Sister Lucille (Winston) Carlson, 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren & 1 great-great-grandson, 3 nieces and 1 nephew.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Williamson - White Funeral Home in Amery, Wisconsin from 3:00 to 5:00 pm with a memorial service starting at 5:00 pm. Private interment will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Deer Park Wisconsin this summer.
