Obituary

On March 30, 2016, Grayce was reunited with her husband Bill in heaven, at the age of 86, after a long battle of heart disease.
Grayce was born at the Amery Hospital on January 10, 1930, to her parents Harold and Mabel (Palmberg) Bjurstrom. She was baptized at the Elim Lutheran Church in Range, Wisconsin on July 15, 1945.
She attended the Joel School for 1 year and then the Clayton School, graduating in 1948. Grayce worked in Minneapolis for Link Belt until 1953. She was united in marriage to William Albert Anderholm on June 8, 1952 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Clayton, and to this union two children, Scott and Heidi, soon followed. The family extended to 2 grandsons, Patrick and Christopher, and this year Grayce was blessed with 2 great grandchildren, Abigail and Jackson. Grayce had many hobbies which included knitting, golfing, attending auctions, pontoon rides and enjoying friends, family and the lake. She also enjoyed cake decorating and decorated many beautiful cakes over the years for her family and friends.
Grayce was preceded in death by her husband William, parents, Harold and Mabel, a brother Donny, and her niece Penny Majeske.
Grayce is survived by her sister Gilda Sura, children Scott and his friend Julie, Heidi (Wayne) Martin, Grandchildren Patrick (Kristin) and Jackson, Christopher (Jennifer) and Abigail, nieces Kathy Oppel and Nancy Ross, Sheila Tietji and Tami Lorat. She is also survived by her Godchildren Michael Mumm and Jeannie Miller as well as many other loving relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 16 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in rural Clayton with Pastor Margaret Grant officiating. There will be a visitation on Friday, April 15, 2016 from 4 to 7pm at the Williamson ~ White Funeral Home in Amery, and 1 hour prior to services at the church on Saturday. Interment will be at the Elim Cemetery in Range, Wisconsin. Grayce was an avid Green Bay Packer fan, as well as a shareholder of the team. It was her wish that everyone attends her visitation and funeral in their favorite Green Bay Packer attire!
