Jacob Mohr was born in Marathon County, Wisconsin on January 29, 1925 the son of Joseph and Mary Mohr. He grew up in Marathon City and was united in marriage there on June 30, 1954 to Georianna Tesch. He worked as an over the road trucker for many years. In retirement they lived in rural Balsam Lake, Wisconsin. After the death of his wife he moved to Golden Age Manor where he passed away on April 28, 2014 at the age of 89 years.
