James (Jim) Edward Kuckler, age 84, of Osceola, Wisconsin passed peacefully on Monday, August 8, 2016 at his home.
Jim was born on December 18, 1931 to Edward and Edna (Swanson) Kuckler in Amery, Wisconsin. Jim was a carpenter, and an avid hunter and fisherman, joined by his family and friends.
Jim is survived by a son, Dan (Nancy) Kuckler; and 3 daughters, Cynthia (Fredric) Schmidt, Kimberly (Jerry) Schultz, and Wendy Kuckler, 10 grandchildren,19 great-grandchildren, sisters Eleanor, Marcelline and brother Courtney, many nieces, nephews and friends.
Jim is also survived by his beloved Imojean (Rusty) Mendlik and her 4 children; Robert, Raymond, Sandra, Chere, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and preceded in death by Rusty's son Jon.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents and the mother of his children, Marlene Dietrich.
Visitation will be held from noon to 2 PM followed immediately by the funeral service at 2 PM on Thursday, August 11, 2016; West Immanuel Lutheran Church in rural Osceola, Wisconsin; Pastor Rex Brandt officiating. Burial at Little Falls Lutheran Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Lakeview Hospital Hospice Program.
