Obituary

James "Jim" Osten Osero unexpectedly passed away at the Amery Hospital on Tuesday January 17, 2017.

Jim was born in Amery on September 21, 1978. He was a 1997 graduate of Amery High School and received a Bachelor's degree in business from St. Cloud State University. In 1996 Jim completed his Boy Scout Eagle project to become an Eagle Scout. Jim was married to Anjanette (Bauer) on October 26, 2013 ; they were married for three amazing years.

Jim worked as a Customer Service Representative for Cardinal Glass LG for 14 years. He was actively involved in his church and served on the church council for the past 2 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, and spending time with family. He had an avid love for Disney and took many trips there with his wife and extended family

Jim loved life and cherished the everyday moments that most people overlook. He and Anjanette were best friends and soul-mates. He loved unconditionally. His "job" was customer service. His "gift" was treating each customer with a kindness and care that could be felt whether in person or through the phone. He made people laugh. His unselfish and giving spirit was a glue that held a family together. Jim's kind and gentle soul touched the lives of many, not only here in Amery, but around the world.

Jim is survived by his wife Anjanette (Bauer), parents Norman and Marilyn Osero, brothers David (Michele) Osero and Steven (Erin) Osero, numerous nieces and nephews, brothers- and sisters-in-law, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Helen and Milford Solomonson, and Osten and Laura Osero.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, January 23, 2017 at 11:00 AM at First Lutheran Church. Visitation is on Sunday, January 22, 2017 from 4:00-8:00 PM at the Williamson-White Funeral Home and for the hour before the service at the church. Pallbearers are David, Steven, Ron and John Osero, Jordan Peterson, Dan Cain, and Steve Junco and honorary pallbearers are Jason Amans, Richard Bauer and Logan, Osten and Zachary Osero.
