Jeffrey Donald Manlove was born on March 29th, 1952, the 2nd of three children, to Donald and Donna (Wombill) Manlove. He passed away on September 19th, 2026. He grew up in the Roseville/Arden Hills, MN area and attended Mounds View schools. Jeff’s claim to fame was winning a city contest when he was young to name Acorn Park, which sits south of County Rd. C and west of Rice St. He was on the swim team, and his love of water stayed with him throughout his life. He graduated from Hudson, WI High School and worked at his father’s Ford dealership in town after the family moved.

Jeff became a businessman when he took over his father’s Ford dealership which moved to Amery, WI. Jeff found joy in knowing so many members of the Amery community over the years, and he made Amery his home. He found the love of his life, Deborah Roberts (Vance), and they married in 1989. With this union, he gained 4 sons. Jeff had a magnetic, inquisitive personality. He loved being around family and friends, and was genuinely interested in people’s lives.

Jeff and Debbie enjoyed cabin life on the lake in Spooner, WI, and then winters in Cape Canaveral, FL. Jeff enjoyed boating, fishing, swimming, motorcycling, snowmobiling and 4-wheeling. Jeff loved adventures and laughter. He developed meaningful friendships everywhere he went, this turned into supportive help and care throughout the years which will never be forgotten. Debbie’s devoted caregiving and love for Jeff was displayed on a daily basis. Thank you to the compassionate staff at Adoray Hospice, and Willow Ridge Care Center for his final days.

Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Donna; his sister, Wendy; and stepson, Chad. Left to mourn is his wife, Deborah; his sons by marriage, Daryl (Sheree) Roberts, Travis (Bethany) Roberts, and Randy (Jodi) Roberts; grandchildren, Logan (Evelyn), Jessica, Katlyn and Mariah, Zoe and Ava, Adalin, Reuben and Raelynn; his brother, Wayne (Geraldine) and family; his brother-in-law, Rich Gregerson; his niece, Christa, and nephews, Luke and Dave, and their families; and his mother-in-law, Deloris. He is mourned by many other relatives, and friends near and far.

A visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 2, 2026 at Williamson-White Funeral Home in Amery, WI. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Amery, WI. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will take place at the Amery Cemetery.
