Dr. Titel is survived by his wife Carol, children Carrie and Kenneth, four grandchildren, and one great grandson.

Dr. Titel's bedside manner and compassion for his patients' well-being and health touched many during his career.  Starting as a clinical anesthesiologist, he moved into teaching, acquired an MBA, and held several Medical Management roles. All these experiences culminated in his final gift to the community - - treating those who were overcoming addiction.

His work ethic, attention to detail, love of music and dedication touched many lives.  Through it all he was committed to spending quality time with his family and traveled regularly to ensure the family bonds remained strong.

Many will miss him. Rest in Peace.

A graveside service at the Clear Lake Cemetery is planned for Saturday, July 22, 2023.
