Joyce Eileen Pulk was born on July 30, 1932 in Long Beach, California to Glenn and Bessie (Palmer) Mansmith. On February 15, 1967 she was united in marriage to Roger William Pulk and resided in Prescott, WI for 10 years. They then moved to Ellsworth, WI and spent their winters in Tuscon, AZ. Joyce loved to read, sew, cook, bake and spend time with her family at their lake home on Blake Lake. She worked at 3M for many years after which she enjoyed volunteering her time.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Earl Mansmith. Left to mourn are her husband, Roger "Bud" Pulk; children, Julie Sokup, John (Gina) Pulk, Jane (Tom) Wider, David (Jodi) Pulk, Donald Pulk, Randy Bayne; and sisters, Winnie Larson and Betty Mimoso. She also leaves six grandchildren and four great grandchildren, as well as other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 20, 2012 at 1:00 p.m.at the Williamson-White Funeral Home in Amery. There will be a visiting time an hour prior to the service.
