Kathleen Margaret Blair, age 81, native of Elgin, Illinois (then Genoa, Illinois) peacefully passed away on Wednesday, April 28, 2021.  She was born on April 12, 1940 to Katherine (McGary) and Ralph Sipple in Elgin, IL.

Kathleen was an amazing and loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She collected many amazing, dedicated friends throughout her life. She loved her family and was the happiest when she was surrounded by family, friends and her favorite animals.

Kathleen is survived by her brother, Robert (Susan) Sipple; her children, David (Patti), Barbara (Mike Massingill); her grandchildren Reid, Kyle, Steven, Danny (Alyssa); great grandchildren Charlee and Jake; and loving nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral service will be May 17, 2021 at 11am, St. Laurence Catholic Church, Elgin, IL.  Gravesite interment to begin at 1:00pm at Lakewood Memorial Park Cemetery, Elgin , IL.
