Kenneth Roy Johnson was born on September 8, 1927 in Stacy, MN to Fred and Agnes (Peterson) Johnson. He passed away on Monday, August 1, 2011 at the Amery Regional Medical Center in Amery, WI at the age of 83. He was united in marriage to Lilah Brommerich on February 17, 1951 and to this union three sons and a daughter were born. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Clear Lake, WI. Ken was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Lilah and daughter, Sandra. He is survived by his sons, Roy (Karen), Dennis (Rochelle), and Dale; son in law, Tony Wimmer; brother, Robert Johnson, nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren and special friend Ruth Rickson. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 6, 2011 at St. John Lutheran Church, 765 East Margaret Street, St. Paul, MN. A visitation will be held from 9 to 11 am prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at the Elmhurst Cemetery in St. Paul. Pallbearers are Austin Johnson, Reece Johnson, Ben Johnson, Sam Johnson, Simon Johnson and Dan Wimmer. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
