Obituary

Malcolm G McLeod (Mac), 75 died suddenly at Regions Hospital on May 14, 2016. He was born in Menomonie, Wisconsin to G.E and Elizabeth (Pax) McLeod on February 20, 1941. He graduated from Menomonie High School in 1959 and was proud to be a Menomonie Indian and a long time Green Bay Packer fan. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Mac married Dianne Lund on August 18, 1962 and they have lived here in Amery for over 40 years. His love of all things was the outdoors. Especially fishing, hunting and camping Traveling made him the perfect teacher for passing on his knowledge to his children, grandchildren and friends. His greatest pride and joy was our son Scott (Tina); their boys Shawn, Jacob and Christopher. Our daughter Kari (Ken) Stewart; their daughters, Elizabeth (Little Bit) and Kathryn (Katiedid); he also leaves Brothers and Sisters, Betsy Gilyard, Mike (Diane) McLeod, Dan (Jen) McLeod, Mary (Steve) Shafer, Al (Gayle) Mittelstadt, Gary (Jane) Lund and many nieces and nephews; his well-loved mother-in-law Arlene Lund and special friends Pete and Jill Noreen and his buddy Koko. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister and brother-in-law Jane and Dave Diffendorfer; father-in-law, Edward Lund. He loved his birds and was so proud of his flower gardens. He was Dianne's best friend, assistant jelly maker and lefse turner. He was the ultimate Quality Assurance Manager. How we will miss him.

A visitation will be held on Friday, May 20, 2016 from 5 to 8 PM at the Williamson~White Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 222 Harriman Avenue North Amery, Wisconsin 54001. Private Family Interment will be held at a later date.

In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Menomonie High School Class of 1959 scholarship fund.

The family asks that there are no tie's please. Camo and Packer attire is preferred.
