Margaret L. Carlson (nee Trantina) of Chilton, Wisconsin, formerly of Amery and Clayton, 93 years young entered her heavenly home on March 18, 2012. Born on June 10, 1918 to James & Julia Trantina in Philbrook, Minnesota. Margaret married Andrew Carlson and together they had 3 children. She is survived by her children Richard (Aloma) Carlson, Margurerite (Bob) Arndt, and Dorothy (Dave) Pagelkopf; 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Margaret is preceded in death by her parents, brother and sister, husband Andrew, son-in-law Brad, granddaughter Jessica, and her grandson Shawn. Her family was her greatest joy and blessing. She had a life of walking in His faithfulness, and she shared Christ's love to all. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 pm at the Williamson ~ White Funeral Home in Amery on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 and 1 hour prior to services at the church on Thursday. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday from First Lutheran Church in Amery, Wisconsin with Pastor Tim Bjorge officiating. Music for the service will be provided by Julie Selle and Dave Pagelkopf. Burial will be at the Marsh Lake Cemetery in rural Clayton, Wisconsin. Casketbearers for the service will be her grandsons Mark Carlson, Brian Carlson, Ed Arndt, Joe Arndt, Tim Arndt, Robert Arndt,Steven Arndt, John Palm, and Scott Graham.
