Phyllis Lorraine (Carlson) Hall was born February 25, 1930 in Apple River Township to Godfrey and Sevy. Phyllis lived her early years in the Amery area. On February 14, 1953 she married Donald Hall at Elim Lutheran Church in Range Wisconsin. In 1955 they moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota until 1966 when they moved to New Richmond, Wisconsin. In 1975 they returned to the Minneapolis/St Paul area and have lived in Mahtomedi since 1994.
Phyllis passed away at home on Monday, November 20, 2017 to be with her Lord and Savior. She will truly be missed by her family but we know she is no longer suffering and happy to be in Heaven with Jesus.
Phyllis is survived by loving husband of 64 years Don, daughters Bonnie (Ken), Deb (George), 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at Elim Lutheran Church in Range, Wisconsin, with a visitation 1 hour prior to services at the church. Interment will be at the Elim Lutheran Cemetery.
