Robert L. Picotte of Amery, WI passed away unexpectedly at the age of 66, on the evening of August 16, 2012. He was born on August 5, 1946 to Robert and Margarie Picotte of Milwaukee, WI. On October 7, 1967 Robert was united in marriage to Kathleen Erickson and they were blessed with three children. Bob enjoyed fishing, spending time with close friends and most of all enjoyed his time with his children and four grandchildren, who absolutely enjoyed their grandpa! Some of Bob's most cherished memories were that of fishing with his close friend Craig and his son Jon, golfing with Kristen and watching fall football with his son PJ. Bob valued all his friendships he has acquired over many years. Bob would always say we are so blessed with wonderful friends. Robert is survived by his loving wife, Kathy; children, Jon and daughter-in-law Pam Picotte, Kristen Picotte, PJ and daughter-in-law Sunnie Picotte. Robert is also survived by his brother, Paul of Wauwatosa, WI. Missing grandpa are Kolten, Erasmus, Channing, and Honor. Robert will also be missed by other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, August 20, 2012 at the Congregational Church in Amery. A visitation will be held the hour prior to the service at the church.
