Robert "Bob" Duane Tilton, age 80 of Amery, Wisconsin passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2016 at his home.

Robert was born on December 3, 1935 to Gail and Melba (Hallberg) Tilton in Balsam Lake, Wisconsin. After graduating from Balsam Lake High School he was honorably discharged in 1957 from the United States Army. On November 18, 1961 he married Bonnie Pearson in Hopkins, Minnesota. Bob worked as a heavy equipment operator while he and his wife lived in Fridley, Minnesota and in 1977 moved to Amery, Wisconsin. Bob enjoyed the outdoors, he loved to deer and bear hunt, fishing and camping. In the winter Bob and Bonnie spent 3 months in Texas every winter.

Bob is survived by his loving wife, Bonnie of Amery, Wisconsin; 2 sons, Greg (Shirley) Tilton of Amery, Wisconsin, Lynn (Tracie) Tilton of Roberts, Wisconsin; 2 daughters, Brenda (Brian) Estes of Clear Lake, Wisconsin, Debbie (Doug) Larsen of Amery, Wisconsin; 9 grandchildren, Derek Larsen, Brad Estes, David Tilton, Michael Tilton, Jared Tilton, Jeremiah Brodie, Brittany Estes, De Lona Larsen and Chelsie Tilton; great granddaughters Elizabeth Dellios, Lola Brodie, Sydney Brodie & Kamryn Brodie; 2 brothers, Gail (Shirley) Tilton and Vernie (Jean) Tilton; a sister, Mona (Bob) Burton; 2 sister-in-laws, Mary Tilton and Susan Turcotte; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Ruby Dutilly and a brother, Ray Tilton.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM Thursday, August 4, 2016 at the Elim Lutheran Church with Gerry Cardinal officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 PM on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at the Williamson~White Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 222 Harriman Avenue North Amery, Wisconsin 54001 and for one hour prior to the service at the Church. Interment will be held at the Elim Lutheran Cemetery in Range, Wisconsin.
