Teresa Clara Elbaor was born August 29, 1928 in West St. Paul, MN, the youngest daughter of Bernard and Rose (Cherne) Juran. She spent her early years in West St. Paul. She met Richard Norber Elbaor while working out east. They were married on October 28, 1950 in Fairfax, Virginia. To this union four children were born. Richard was in the Navy and for the next 20 years they were stationed in Quantico, Virginia, San Diego, California and Great Lakes, Illinois. After being discharged from the Navy they settled just south of Amery, Wisconsin.
Teresa leaves this early home to be reunited in heaven with her parents; brothers, Fred and Bernard; and sisters: Regina, Mary and Rose.
Left to mourn her loss is her husband, Richard; her children: Richard, Rodney, Rita (Ed) Bailey, and Rene (Gary) Tendrup. Grandchildren: Dale (Becky) Bailey, Kate Bailey, David Bailey, and Jessica Elbaor; great grandchildren Adalin and Greta Rose. She also leaves one sister Cecelia Letson as well as many other relatives and friends.
Teresa passed away peacefully on April 1, 2010 at Golden Age Manor in Amery, Wisconsin. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Amery with Very Reverend John Drummy and Deacon Bud Heiser officiating. Interment will be at a later time at the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery near Spooner, Wisconsin.
