Walter Klopotek died on November 5, 2011. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Paul's Lutheran Church in rural Cumberland. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Skinner Funeral Home in Cumberland and for the hour prior to the service at the church
