William Henry Selle, age 71 of Comstock, Wisconsin passed away at his home on July 1, 2015. He was born on July 4, 1943 in Clayton, Wisconsin to Christian and Esther (Bernstein) Selle. Bill graduated from Clayton High School in 1961. On August 28, 1971 he was united in marriage to Sharon Garey. Bill enjoyed farming, Allis-Chalmers tractors and the County Fair, and he had a passion for the animals. He enjoyed participating in threshing and tractor shows. He was looking forward to The Gathering of the Orange at Moon Lake. Bill liked hunting and fishing, loved his grandchildren and was always there and willing to help others. He was looking forward to his retirement after 20 years at the St. Croix Casino in September, so he could have many more adventures with Dickey Dierks. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon and an infant son, Kent. William is survived by his daughters, Deanna (Ray) Hitchcok, Debbie (Randy) Anderson, Stacey (Dan) Wilson, and Kim (Kevin) Kahl; a nephew "like" son, Christian Kahl; grandchildren, Miranda, Kayla, Shawn, Emily and Allison, 3 great grandchildren and sisters, Lenore (Gene) Charpentier, Christine (Duane) Munson, Lynn (Jake) Jacobsen and Mary (Dave) Haselbauer, as well as other loving relatives and friends. Funeral services will take place at 11:00 am on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Clayton. A visitation will be held from 4 to 8 pm on Monday, July 6, 2015 at the Williamson-White Funeral Home in Amery, as well as the hour prior to the service at the church.
